（2011届） 毕业论文（设计） 题 目： 农村土地征收补偿法律制度研究 姓　　名：　　 　　 　　 　 专　　业：　　 法 学 班　　级：　　　　 学 号： 指导教师：　 导师职称：　　 　2011 年 5　摘 要：为了有效地实施宪法确立的土地征收补偿制度，修订后的《土地管理法》以及新颁布的《物权法》等法律就土地征收补偿问题做了相对细化的规定，国务院及国土资源部发布实施了一系列配套的规范性文件，从而形成了系统的土地征收补偿法律体系。但是，我们看到，目前我国的土地征收补偿制度只有一些原则性的规定，相应的具体实施细则仍然还不完善，加上整个社会就业压力不断增大，而没有跟进相应的社会保障制度，失地农民的生活状况正受到严重侵害，生活水平急剧下降，因征地、拆迁补偿不公问题引发的集体上访等群体事件屡次发生，已经严重威胁到我国社会的安定与和谐，不利于我国经济社会的全面发展。 关键词：土地征收；征收补偿；征收程序 Abstract：In order to effectively implement the constitution of the establishment of the compensation system of land expropriation, the revised land administration law and the newly issued matter right law and other laws will land expropriation compensation made relatively refinement of land and resources, the state council and the regulations promulgated a series of supporting the normative documents, thus formed the system of land expropriation compensation legal system. However, we see that the current land expropriation compensation system only some principle regulation, the corresponding specific implementation rules are still not perfect, plus the whole social employment pressure increasing constantly, and no follow up corresponding social security system, landless farmers conditions of life is being seriously violated, living level has dropped sharply because of land expropriation, urban-house removing compensation problem caused injustice group petitions groups such as repeated occurrences, has a serious threat to our country social stability and harmony, which is unfavorable to the all-round development of our countrys economy and society.
