论我国风险投资法律制度的完善
摘要：我国风险投资行业虽具有一定的规模,但目前存在着许多阻碍我国风险投资业发展的制度因素，如有关风险投资的市场机制的法律不健全、保险法等法律对风险投资的限制。由此可见，当前存在的风险投资法律制度还远远不能满足社会发展的需求。建立健全风险投资的法律制度体系,对于推动我国风险投资业的发展起着关键和决定性的作用。

Abstract：Although Chinas venture capital industry with certain scale, but now there are many hinder the development of venture capital industry in China, such as institutional factors relevant risk investment market mechanism of law is not perfect, the insurance law and other laws to the risk investment restrictions. Therefore, the current existing risk investment laws system still can’t satisfy the demand of social development.
