Section 1 Outline of mental health
I. mental health
Mental health refers to the individual can evaluate themselves and accept themselves properly, and can live in harmony with others; not only can adapt themselves facing the development of the realistic environment, and constantly improve and maintain their own personality characteristics; at the same time has good self control and control ability, can be in a more positive the state in terms of cognitive function, emotional reaction and behavior and activities.
