摘 要: 反应堆压力容器的管座管穿件焊接是低合金钢、不锈钢和镍基合金的异种钢焊接。 该焊缝的焊接
AP1000
具有空间位置复杂、焊接应力大、镍基合金导热性及流动性差的特征,焊缝中常岀现热裂纹、根部缺陷、夹渣、气孔等缺
陷。本文探讨了隔离层堆焊、冷装、角焊缝填充焊的制造工艺。结果表明,优化工艺参数、选择恰当的焊材、合理的焊道布
置和焊接操作方法、清洁焊接工作区域等,是获得质量良好的管座贯穿件焊缝的重要因素。 该焊接技术已成功应用于
AP1000 项目反应堆压力容器的设备制造,结果表明该焊接工艺合理,产品质量满足要求。

Welding Technology of Adapters of AP1000 Reactor Pressure Vessel

Abstract The welds of adapters of AP1000 reactor pressure vessel are dissimilar welds with low alloy steel, stainless
steel and nickel-based alloys. The characteristics are complex spatial location, welding stress, poor thermal conductivity and
mobility of nickel-based alloys. The common defects are weld hot cracking, root defects, slag and porosity. The manufacturing
technology of buttering, cold assembly and welding of fillet weld were discussed. The important factors which affect the
welding quality were proposed, such as the optimization of process parameters, selecting the appropriate welding
consumables, choosing a reasonable arrangement and welding bead method of operation, cleaning the work areas, etc. The
welding technology was discussed, which was used during the manufacturing of AP1000 reactor pressure vessel
