摘 要
在网络经济时下,房地产网络营销已经崭露锋芒,发展迅速,并在宣传房地产企业形象、增强房地产企业竞争力方面发挥越来越重要的作用。立足于我国房地产企业网络营销的发展现状,提出了房地产企业进行网络营销活动中存在的问题。在此基础上,以绿海房地产公司为例,进一步分析了我国的房地产行业的发展情况,提出了解决我国房地产行业网络营销存在问题的对策.为我国房地产企业进行营销方式的创新提供可以借鉴的创新是房地产营销的生命。房地产企业必须将营销置于经营的核心地位,不断运用新的营销方式和营销策略才能满足消费者不断发展变化的需要, 才能在竞争激烈的房地产市场中脱颖而出。网络时代下,房地产企业必须重新审视网络虚拟市场,调整旧的思路,树立新的观念,开创新的思维,研究新的方法。通过分析房地产企业的网络营销现状与特点,总结出了网络时代下的房地产营销战略。

Abstract
in the network economy nowadays, real estate network marketing has been swell abilities, development is rapid, and in real estate enterprise image, enhance propaganda real estate enterprise competitiveness play more and more important role. Based on Chinas real estate enterprise network marketing development present situation, proposed the real estate enterprise network marketing activities problems. On this basis, to LuHai real estate company as an example, further analysis of the real estate industry in China, the development of real estate industry in our country puts forward some solutions to the problems of network marketing countermeasures. For real estate enterprises in China to the innovation of marketing mode can provide reference. Innovation is the life of the real estate marketing. Real estate enterprise must will be placed in the central position of the marketing management, constant use new marketing mode and marketing strategy, to meet the needs of the consumers constantly grow and change, can in the fierce competition in the real estate market come to the fore. Internet age, the real estate enterprise must re-examine network virtual market, adjust the old ideas, set up the new ideas, and create a new thinking, study the new method. In this article, through analyzing the real estate enterprise network marketing present situation and the characteristic, and sums up the Internet age in real estate marketing strategy.
