精品论文 参考文献 开腹与腹腔镜直肠癌根治术在保留盆腔自主神经对男性性功能影响的对比研究 蔡灿锋 　　(广东省清远市人民医院 511518) 　　【摘要】目的：比较和分析开腹与腹腔镜直肠癌根治术在保留盆腔自主神经对男性性功能影响效果，探讨更好的手术方法。方法：选择2010年10月到2013年10月在本院进行治疗的直肠癌男性患者100例，根据手术方法的不同将其分为两组，分别为开腹组(48例)和腹腔镜组(52例)，两组患者均采用保留盆腔自主神经的直肠癌根治术进行治疗，对两组患者术后性功能情况进行比较，分析其手术途径的影响作用。结果：LS组患者术后勃起功能障碍率和射精功能障碍率均明显低于OS组，且两组相比差异具有显著性(P＜0.05)。结论：腹腔镜直肠癌根治术保留盆腔自主神经能够有效降低男性患者术后性功能障碍的发生率，降低手术对于患者性功能的影响。 　　【关键词】直???癌 开腹 腹腔镜 直肠癌根治术 性功能 　　【中图分类号】R730.5 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2014）17-0224-01 　　Open and laparoscopic colorectal cancer radical pelvic autonomic nerve preservation in the comparative study of effects on male sexual function 　　【Abstract】Objective: to compare and analysis of open and laparoscopic colorectal cancer radical effects on male sexual function in pelvic autonomic nerve preservation, to explore a better surgical method. Methods: in October 2010 to October 2013 in our hospital treated 100 cases of patients with colorectal cancer men, according to the different method of surgery to be divided into two groups, respectively laparotomy group (48 cases) and laparoscopic group (52 cases), two groups of patients with pelvic autonomic nerve preservation adopts colorectal cancer radical treatment, compared the two groups of patients with postoperative sexual function, and analyze the effect of surgical approach. Results: postoperative erectile dysfunction in patients with LS group, and ejaculation dysfunction rate were significantly lower than OS group, and compared two groups has significant difference (P lt; 0.05).
