Therefore, research on comprehensive exploration exercise in high school ideological and political course under the new curriculum is significant. This paper first provides an overview of the concept and characteristics of comprehensive exploration exercise.Secondly it cites some irrational and unscientific status about comprehensive exploration exercise and makes analysis of reasons. Again,,it puts forward the principles of how to set comprehensive exploration exercise. Finally, it points out rules of making comprehensive exploration exercise.
