宏观经济 MACROECONOMY 城镇居民收入差异及其若干关联因素： 一个直辖市例证* ： Income Inequality of Urban Residents and Some Related Factors Tianjin for Example 陈宗胜 陈 岑 内容提要 根据天津市城市社会经济调查队提供的数据，运用泰尔指数分解法和费景汉 拉尼斯分解法，从经 - 济发展的角度，分别分解和测算了居民的年龄、性别、受教育程度、工龄、职业、所在行业等家户特征对城镇居民 收入差别的影响，并在此基础上计算了各项人口特征的变动对收入差别变动的解释程度。 测算结果表明，制约 城镇居民收入差别的前三个因素分别是受教育程度、职业及职务、就业的性质。 关键词 城镇居民收入 收入分配制度改革 天津城镇居民生活状况 作者单位 南开大学经济学院 天津 300071 Chen Zongsheng Chen cen Abstract: According to the data from Tianjin Urban Socio-economic Investigation Team, this paper using Theil index ’ ， ， and Ranis-Fei mode calculates the effects of residents age gender education level, working age, job nature, career as well as industry on income inequality of urban residents from the perspective of economic development. On this basis, the paper measures the influence degree of changes in residents ’ characteristics on changes in inequality. It turns out that education level, career and job nature are the first three effects on income inequality.
