【摘要】目的：探讨叙事护理的心理干预对冠心病心绞痛患者知识掌握评分及SAS评分的影响。方法：根据随机数字表法将58例冠心病心绞痛患者（2022年4月—2023年4月）分为观察组和对照组，每组29例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用叙事护理的心理干预，对比两组健康知识掌握评分、负性情绪、身体指标以及生活质量。结果：护理后，同对照组相比，观察组各项健康知识掌握评分更高（P0.05）。护理后，两组SAS及SDS评分较护理前均降低，且观察组SAS及SDS评分均低于对照组（P0.05）。护理后，观察组HR、CHO、TG及心绞痛发作次数均低于对照组（P0.05）。护理后，同对照组相比，观察组SF-36评分更高（P0.05）。结论：叙事护理的心理干预能够让冠心病心绞痛患者更加合理地认识该疾病，缓解负性情绪，改善身体指标及生活质量，值得推广应用。
