【摘要】

直肠癌是消化系统中最常见的肿瘤之一，侧方淋巴结转移是直肠癌的重要预后因素。本文旨在对中低位直肠癌侧方淋巴结转移的多因素进行分析，以期提供更全面、精准的预后评估指导。

首先，我们将收集中低位直肠癌患者的病史、临床资料及影像学检查资料，结合手术及术后病理报告，统计分析相关因素与侧方淋巴结转移的关系。其次，利用多元逻辑回归和决策树分析建立预测模型，进一步研究各个因素对侧方淋巴结转移预测的影响，提高预测的准确性和可靠性。

本研究的预期目的是通过对中低位直肠癌侧方淋巴结转移的多因素分析，为临床医生提供更全面、科学的评估依据，促进早期发现、早期干预和预防中低位直肠癌侧方淋巴结转移的发生，提高患者的生存质量。

【Abstract】

Rectalcancerisoneofthemostcommontumorsinthedigestivesystem,andlaterallymphnodemetastasisisanimportantprognosticfactorofrectalcancer.Thispaperaimstoanalyzethemultifactorialfactorsoflaterallymphnodemetastasisinmiddleandlowrectalcancer,inordertoprovidemorecomprehensiveandaccurateprognosisevaluationguidance.

Firstly,wewillcollectthemedicalhistory,clinicaldataandimagingexaminationdataofmiddleandlowrectalcancerpatients,andcombinewithsurgicalandpostoperativepathologicalreportstostatisticallyanalyzetherelationshipbetweenrelevantfactorsandlaterallymphnodemetastasis.Secondly,wewillusemultiplelogisticregressionanddecisiontreeanalysistoestablishthepredictionmodel,furtherstudytheimpactofeachfactoronthepredictionoflaterallymphnodemetastasis,andimprovetheaccuracyandreliabilityofprediction.

Theexpectedpurposeofthisstudyistoprovideclinicianswithmorecomprehensiveandscientificevaluationbasisthroughmultifactorialanalysisoflaterallymphnodemetastasisinmiddleandlowrectalcancer,promoteearlydetection,earlyinterventionandpreventionoflaterallymphnodemetastasisinmiddleandlowrectalcancer,andimprovethequalityoflifeofpatients.
