Companies in a specific industry can display and demonstrate their latest products, service, study activities of competitors and examine recent trends and develop business opportunities, while visitors can have the opportunity to closely examine and compare all the competitive products. A trade fair often involves a series of activities, including booking a stand, establishing a budget, training the staff, preparing stand, transporting exhibits and communicating with visitors etc. Besides, it also involves a considerable marketing investment, including space rental, design and construction of trade show displays, telecommunications and networking, travel, accommodations, and promotional literature and items to give to visitors. 6. 3.
