Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the effect of clinical pathway in stroke patients with hemiplegia rehabilitation nursing. Methods: 60 patients
with stroke were included in our department from January 2016 to June 2016, and they were randomly divided into intervention and
control groups. Control group was received conventional education, while intervention group was received targeted education in
accordance with the clinical pathway. Three times evaluation were made using Barthel score, inpatients falls risk assessment and
simplified Fugl-Meyer motor function score. Results: After rehabilitation nursing, the Barthel score, inpatients falls risk assessment,
simplified Fugl-Meyer motor function scores were improved in two groups, but the treatment group was more improved. The
difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: According to Barthel score, inpatients falls risk assessment and
simplified Fugl-Meyer motor function score results, stroke patients with hemiplegia rehabilitation nursing who were included by
clinical pathway management, can be given better quality care to implement precise treatments to reduce morbidity and improve care
quality.
