论文题目:西安XD公司招聘方式及其有效性分析 专 业:工商管理 学 生: 签名: 指导教师: 签名: 摘 要 随着市场经济的不断发展,人才的竞争越来越激烈。对于一个企业来讲,是否能在有限的时间内以合适的成本和费用招聘到满意的人才关系到其自身的命运和发展前景。本论文以西安市某制造型企业为研究对象,对如何选择合适的招聘方式及对各招聘方式的成本、效用进行度量,运用有限的资源吸引更多优秀的人员,招聘到满意的员工,提高招聘的收益和效率,减少新聘员工的短期流动率进行有效性分析。通过对该公司不同招聘方式费用的比较及新员工六个月离职率的分析,最后提出该公司改进招聘的对策及建议。希望通过本文的研究能够对西安市XD公司的员工招聘工作有所帮助。 【关键词】 招聘方式 指标 有效性 【论文类型】 应用研究 Title: Analysis of the Yu Lin HONGTAIs recruitment methods and their availability Major: Business Administration Name: Zhang Lifang Signature: Supervisor: Feng Taozhu Signature: ABSTRACT With the continuous development of the market economy, the talent competition is increasingly fierce. For an enterprise, whether in a limited time with the appropriate costs and expenses to recruit the satisfied employees relates to its own fate and development. How to choose the appropriate method of recruitment and recruitment costs, the utility measure, the use of limited resources to attract more outstanding personnel, recruitment to the satisfaction of employees, improve recruitment revenue and efficiency, and reduce the short-term turnover of new recruits is the purpose of this study . The paper summarized the research status and related theories on the basis of the company as the research object, it introduced the companys recruitment status and the utility analysis the use of its recruitment. Compare the costs of different methods and analyze the turnover rate of new employees for six months through the company, and it finally put forward the suggestions to improve the companys recruitment status. I hope this study can be helpful to the companys recruitment work.
