摘要
半剛性基層瀝青路面是大陸典型的路面結構型式,相較于歐美等國家常用的全厚式瀝青路
面結構,基於半剛性基層的長壽命瀝青路面具有更廣泛的應用基礎。在簡要回顧長壽命半剛性基
層瀝青路面設計、建設要點的基礎上,結合 2012年某高速公路長壽命試驗路的建設,通過大量的
施工品質檢驗資料,對各項關鍵技術的應用效果進行了檢驗,並就如何評價試驗路的“長壽命”
問題進行了論證。結果發現: 1)單一粒徑篩分機和冷料倉計重稱量的綜合應用,可將混合料級
配關鍵篩孔通過率的變異性降至 10%以下;2 )二次拌和工藝可顯著提高混合料的均勻性;3 )基
層用的水泥穩定級配碎石混合料的強度穩定性好, 7天無側限抗壓強度代表值可達到6Mpa 以上,
變異性為 12.7% ;4 )20號瀝青的多碎石瀝青混凝土具有優異的高溫性能,在 70℃、1Mpa的試驗
條件下其動穩定度能達到 10000次/mm 以上;5 )路表回彈彎沉代表值僅為 8.0 (0.01mm ),路面 具
有優良的結構承載能力。試驗路的鋪築達到了預期目標,對於長壽命半剛性基層瀝青路面技術的
推廣應用具有較強的參考意義。

Abstract
Semi rigid asphalt pavement is the main structure in mainland China. Compared to the full depth
asphalt pavement widely used in Europe and USA, the long life semi rigid pavement is more suitable
for mainland China. Focuses on the long life pavement, this paper introduces the key points of a new
generation of semi rigid pavement and its application in an expressway construction project in 2012 .
Through in-depth analysis of test data, the authors evaluated the effects of this technology, and
discussed how to evaluate the life of the test road. The results show that, 1) the application of special
sieve equipment and weigh belt feeder can reduce the variability of mixture gradation to 10% or less; 2)
the two CBG (cement bound granular) mixers can significantly improve the mixture uniformity; 3) the
strength stability of the new CBG-25 is very good, and its unconfined compressive strength of RC,7 is
greater than 6Mpa ,the coefficient of variation is 12.7%; 4) high modulus asphalt concrete (20# asphalt)
