不同方法治疗乳糜尿的疗效观察 摘要 目的：观察肾盂硝酸银灌注及开放性和后腹腔镜下肾蒂淋巴管结扎术治疗乳糜尿的临床疗效　　方法：观察我院该类型患者共45人，其中肾盂灌注９人，８例采用开放性肾蒂淋巴管结扎术，２８例采用后腹腔镜下肾蒂淋巴管结扎术，比较不同手术方法的手术时间、出血量、乳糜尿消失时间、住院时间的差别，并随访１月至２年　　结果：９例肾盂灌注患者４例出现复发，开发性及腹腔镜组未见复发，在手术时间、出血量方面，后腹腔镜组优势明显，在乳糜尿消失时间方面，三组间无明显差别，所有患者术后尿液转清，蛋白及营养状况改善　结论　后腹腔镜下肾蒂淋巴管结扎术因其创伤小，损伤小，术中出血少，术后恢复快等优势现已成为治疗乳糜尿的标准术式 关键词　乳糜尿；后腹腔镜;肾蒂淋巴管结扎术；肾盂灌洗术 [Abstract] Objective:Comparative study of retroperitioneoscopic renal pedicle lymphatic ligation and open surgery and flushing pelvis wth argenti nitras for treating chyluria Methods:weperformed 45cases,28cases of chyiuria were selected for retroperitioneoscopic ligation,8cases were treamented by Open Surgery,9cases were selected for fiushing pelvis wth argenti nitras .
