摘 要
【摘要】为了对水体中痕量Pb、Cd、Cr、Ni 进行快速准确分析,利用一种新型磁性纳米微粒Fe3O4(核)/ZrO2(壳)(以Fe3O4/ZrO2表示),富集水相中的金属离子并在外加磁场下分离,用盐酸洗脱,采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱 (ICP-AES) 测定洗脱液中的Pb、Cd、Cr、Ni的新方法。考察了溶液pH值、吸附时间、洗脱时间、浓度和共存离子等因素对分析物分离富集的影响。本法对Pb、Cd、Cr、Ni的检出限(3σ)分别为:13.5 ng/mL、1.01 ng/mL、2.94 ng/mL和3.31 ng/mL。该方法简单易操作、精密度高,用于各类水体中金属离子的检测,效果良好。

Determination of trace metal in water by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry based on magnetic enrichment
Abstract
【ABSTRACT】A new method has been established for the simultaneous pre-enrichment of trace metals( Pb, Cd, Cr and Ni ) prior to their determinations by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) in water samples base on magnetic nano-Fe3O4 (core) /ZrO2 (shell) (Fe3O4 / ZrO2) . The factors affecting the separation and pre-enrichment of analytes such as pH, absorption time, elution time and concentration, interfering ions were studied. The detection limits of the method (3σ) were 13.5 ng/mL, 1.01ng/mL, 2.94ng/mL and 3.31mg/L, respectively. The results show that this method was simple, accurate, sensitive and could be applied for the pre-enrichment-separation and determination of trace metals in all kinds of water samples.
