微波消解ICP―MS法测定不同产地滇重楼中重金属及有害元素含量 【摘要】目的:对云南四个产地滇重楼药材中的重金属及砷盐进行分析评价,为制定滇重楼药材中重金属及砷盐的质量标准提供参考依据。方法:采用微波消解法对样品进行前处理,电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法对样品进行检测。结果:不同产地滇重楼中的重金属及砷盐含量有一定的差异,参照《药用植物及制剂进出口绿色行业标准》(2004)对重金属的限量指标,均符合限量标准。结论:研究所建立的重金属检测方法具有简便、快速、准确的优点, 既可用于质量控制, 也可为不同种类中药材中重金属含量测定提供参考

Abstract: Objective To Yunnan origin of Paris polyphylla var yunnanensis medicinal materials of heavy metals and arsenic salts were analysis and evaluation, to provide reference for the establishment of the quality standard of Paris polyphylla var yunnanensis medicinal materials of heavy metals and arsenic salt content Methods Microwave digestion method was used in the sample pretreatment, inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) method was used to detect the samples Results in different areas of Paris polyphylla var yunnanensis heavy metals and arsenic salt content have some differences, with reference to the import and export of green industry standard of medicinal plants and preparations(2004) of heavy metals limit indicators, are in line with the standard limit Conclusion The detection method of heavy metals in this study is simple, fast and accurate It can be used for quality control, and it can provide reference for the determination of heavy metals in different kinds of Chinese herbal medicines
