地方政府协作与宏观经济发展关联的计量经济学分析-计量经济学论文-经济学论文 ——文章均为WORD文档，下载后可直接编辑使用亦可打印—— 　　摘 要：　为了探寻宏观经济振兴中府际协作的作用, 从理论基础及国内外研究现状入手, 并基于博弈理论验证出政府的协作会为经济发展带来更大的价值。通过建立一种计量经济学回归模型, 判定政府协作关系、社会资本投入等解释变量及其他一系列控制变量与区域经济增长率之间的内在相关性, 统计分析结果表明, 政府协调合作与经济发展间具有高度的相关性。实证研究的统计数据结果也显示出, 地方政府间协调度指标值的提高能够带来更快的经济增长率, 也能够带动整个市场范围内固定资产投资总额和财政收入的增长。 　　关键词：　政府协调合作; 宏观经济; 计量经济学; 描述性统计分析; 相关性; 　　Abstract：　In order to explore the role of inter-governmental cooperation in macroeconomic revitalization, starting from the theoretical basis and the research status at home and abroad, and based on the game theory to verify the governments collaboration, it will bring greater value to economic development. Establish an econometric regression model to determine the intrinsic correlation between government collaboration, social capital input and other explanatory variables, and other series of control variables, and regional economic growth rates. The results of statistical analysis show that the government coordinates cooperation and economy. There is a high degree of correlation between developments. The statistical results of empirical studies also show that the increase in the value of coordination indicators between local governments can lead to faster economic growth, and can also drive the growth of total fixed asset investment and fiscal revenue across the market. 　　Keyword：　government coordination and cooperation; macro-economy; econometrics; descriptive statistical analysis; relevance; 　　长期以来制约我国社会经济发展的一个瓶颈问题是区域间经济发展的不均衡[1], 各地区间区域保护主义盛行, 且缺乏有效的分工协作与优势互补机制, 最终导致无法实现区域生产要素资源的优化配置与深度整合, 影响区域整体的效用最大化[2]。我国国内市场潜力巨大, 要想在国际市场竞争中占据有利位置, 还需要深度挖掘政府协调合作与宏观经济振兴的内在联系, 通过宏观经济条调控减少地区经济的差异性, 振兴传统工业基地, 引进新兴经济发展, 提高整体的经济水平。[3]在我国社会经济体制深度优化与变革的历史背景下, 通过政府协调工作最大限度地挖掘出国内市场的潜力, 实施区域间市场的一体化与生产要素的优化配置, 只有打破地区间的经贸壁垒, 才能推进区域经济协作水平的提高, 促进区域经济的统筹与协调发展。由此可见, 区域间的宏观经济振兴与经济合作已经成为新常态条件下不可回避的时代命题, 应抓住历史机遇、顺应时代发展的要求、发挥地方政府间宏观经济的督导和协调作用, 实现区域范围内各经济体的共赢。 总理在政府工作报告中也明确指出:将通过政府协调合作, 来培育新的区域经济带, 并以此作为推动我国社会经济发展的战略支撑。 　　当前, 在我国区域
