164 中国循环杂志 2015 年 2 月 第 30 卷 第 2 期(总第 200 期)Chinese Circulation Journal,February,2015,Vol. 30 No.2(Serial No.200) 基础与实验研究 人参皂苷 Rg1 对大鼠急性心肌缺血抗氧化损伤指标及超微结构的影响 * 张庆勇 ,陈燕萍,刘芬,陈霞 摘要 目的 : 研究人参皂苷 Rg1 对大鼠急性心肌缺血抗氧化损伤指标及超微结构的影响。 方法 : 建立大鼠急性心肌缺血模型,大鼠随机分为假手术组、急性心肌缺血模型组(模型组)、人参皂苷 Rg1 5 mg/kg 组和人参皂苷 Rg1 10 mg/kg 组,腹腔注射给药两周后取材。氯化三苯基四氮唑(TTC)法测量心肌梗死面积,电子显微镜观 察心肌组织超微结构变化,比色法测定大鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的活性,以及丙 二醛(MDA)含量。 结果 : 与模型组比较,人参皂苷 Rg1 5mg/kg 组和人参皂苷 Rg1 10 mg/kg 组可明显减少心肌梗死面积,减少心肌 组织损伤,人参皂苷 Rg1 10 mg/kg 可明显提高大鼠血清 SOD 和 GSH-Px 活性,降低丙二醛的含量。 结论 : 人参皂苷 Rg1 对急性心肌缺血具有保护作用,抗氧化损伤作用是其保护作用机制之一。 关键词 人参皂苷 Rg1;心肌缺血;抗氧化损伤指标;超微结构 Effect of Ginsenosides-Rg1 on Acute Myocardial Ischemic Anti-oxidative Injury Indexes and Ultra- structure in Experimental Rats ** ZHANG Qing-yong , CHEN Yan-ping, LIU Fen, CHEN Xia. Methods: The acute ischemia model was established in experimental rats and the animals were randomly divided into 4 groups: Sham operation group, Model group, Ginsenoside-Rg1 5 mg/kg group and Ginsenoside-Rg1 10 mg/kg group. The rats were treated by intraperitoneal injection for 2 weeks. The area of myocardial infarction was measured by 2, 3, 5-triphenyltetrazolium chloride (TTC) staining, the structural change of myocardial tissue was observed by electron microscope.
