1.1.1.1 the final report
1 最终报告应包括文字报告和图表二大部分。
1 the final report should include the words two most reports and charts.
2 文字报告应包括下列内容：
2 text report should include the following contents:
（1）工程概况：
(1) the project summary:
1) 工程地点、建设和设计、施工、监理单位名称；
1) the project location, design, construction, construction and supervision unit name;
2) 基坑工程及周边环境概况；
2) the foundation pit engineering and the surrounding environment;
3) 监测依据以及执行的主要技术规范、标准；
3) monitoring basis and the main technical specifications and standards;
4) 监测目的、要求以及主要监测内容；
4) monitoring purpose, requirement and main monitoring content;
5) 监测起止日期、投入人员、主要设备仪器以及完成工作量。
5) monitoring of the commencement date, input personnel, major equipment instrument, and complete work.
（2）工程地质概况：
(2) the engineering geological condition:
1) 应用勘察报告的企业名称、编号等；
1) application survey report of an enterprise name, number, etc.;
2) 本场地地层构成与特征以及地基土主要指标；
2) this field formation constitute and characteristics as well as the main index of foundation soil;
3) 地下水类型、埋深条件、水位标高等；
3) type, buried depth conditions, groundwater level elevation, etc.;
4) 场地明（暗）浜等不良地质现象，包括填土、明（暗）浜埋深等。
4) site bright (dark) bad geological phenomenon such as the city, including filling, Ming (dark), the city buried depth and so on.
（3）基坑周边环境：
(3) the foundation pit surrounding environment:
1) 周边建（构）筑物位置、结构、层数等现状；
1) the surrounding building, location, structure, layer number of the status quo;
2) 周边地下管线种类、位置、埋深等。

（4）监测项目：
(4) monitoring the project:
1) 基坑围护体系监测项目；
1) the foundation pit retaining system monitoring project;
2) 基坑周边环境监测项目。

1) 基坑围护体系各监测项目监测点布置（包括平面以及垂直向布置）；
