经济开发区土地集约利用评价问题研究--- 以浙江省临海为例
Abstract
With the rapid development of China industrialization and urbanization, the
contradictions between supply and demand of construction land are becoming
increasingly acute. The economic development zone, as an important area for urban
development and land utilization, promotes not only the rapid development of
economy and society but also industrial upgrading, regional development and
technological innovation. Managing the development zones’ land resource well and
establishing intensive and efficient land utilization patterns is of far-reaching
significance to the development of land resource supporting capabilities and the
promotion of social economy sustainable development. However, in some
development zones in China, there exists quite serious waste of land resource and
difficulty in land?use efficiency enhancement, and the situation has affected the
intensive, efficient and sustainable use of land resourcesIn order to strengthen land management, promote land intensive use and provide
a scientific basis for development zone s’upgrading, the State Council and Ministry
of Land and Resources decided to launch the evaluation of land intensive use in 2008Under the macroscopic background,the paper, which takes Linhai economical
development zone in Zhejiang Province as an example, mainly discusses the
following several aspects on the basis of the intensive land use theoriesIn chapter 1, introduction part narrates the research matter of concern, research
background, significance and the current situation at home and abroad ,and then
introduces the framework and the methods
In chapter 2, we review related theories, such as location theory, land rent
theory, land diminishing returns theory and land sustainable development theoryFurthermore, the article analyzes their relations and the guidance meaning with land
