二、教育思想
1、以生为本
学习、了解、分析小学生的心理及学习需求学习兴趣和学习方法。

2、教师本身的要求

自信、放松、自如,上课时的舒适感对学生很重要。
3)、“Don’t make the students feel uncomfortable in the beginning。”.

“Ask them step by step .Don’t judge by everything to fail you because of the students fail.”
3、教师要根据学生身心特点多开展活动 让学生有成功的体验
“They need activities. Don’t give them something to let them feel fail “. Activities are
very important .Make atmosphere successful.”
“Give them opportunity for pressure .Make activities little things like that to make
the class vivid!”
4、强调直观教学
“Sometimes give good visions.” 有些内容必须直观教学
例如:1) 、animals 中的frogs的教学 (具体实例)
2)、阿拉伯数字的教学(用彩色粉笔在黑板上举例讲解)
3)、教学body parts (见资料1302)
5、强调启发式教学
“Don’t always answer the questions .”

Socratic method
This article explains the history and theory of the Socratic method of
teaching, which emphasizes teacher-student dialogue. The article

6、强调创造性

教师要获取信息或测验学生,可以先给一张简单的图画,让学生自己填写,信息越多越好,
在规定时间内完成。从信息中的字体大小等可以分析学生的性格等。
