Abstract

Foralongtime,everyonehasformedadeep-rootedimpression:Comparedwithdevelopedcoun-

tries,Chineseresidentshavelowerleverageandlessrepaymentpressure.Therefore,thereisalot

ofroomforresidentstoincreaseleverage,andthereisstillroomforhousingpricebubblegrowth

[1].ThisarticlewillanalyzeChina’sresidents’leverageratioandpredictfutureresidents’leverage

ratiothroughChebyshevpolynomials.Atthesametime,wewillcompareourresidents’leverage

ratiowithothercountriestoexplorethetruesituationofourresidents’leverageratioandthereal

estateindustrysuggestionsfordevelopment.

民杠杆率真实情况并对我国房地产业的发展提出建议。
