Those results were published on JNP, and Tetrahedron. * This system was composed of two section separation column, two section trap column and sample collection system. Section 1 of separation column only has one column, section 2 of separation column can set many columns according to that you need. Section 1 and 2 of trap column can all set many column according to that you need. We inject sample into separation column Ⅰ, it can isolate this sample to many fractions. We collect these fractions by trap column Ⅰ. Then we inject these fraction into separation column Ⅱ, then elute with mobile phase, the system can isolate these fractions to get more than 600 fractions, and collect these fractions by trap column Ⅱ, then we transfer these fraction into test tubes. In these 600 fractions, most of them are high purity single compound. We can use these samples to screen the activities by HTS. If we find any active sample, we can identify the structure by LC-MS or LC-NMR.
