精品论文 参考文献 糖尿病伴有肾病在肾内科临床就诊特点研究 山东省寿光市人民医院 262700 摘要：目的：探究和分析糖尿病肾病患者到肾病专科就诊时的时机和特点。方法：从我院肾内科2010年1月至2014年10月接诊的糖尿病肾病患者中随机性抽取138例患者进行回顾性分析和研究，并观察和分析其到肾科就诊的原因、肾功能状况、并发症、治疗用药状况和随访情况等。结果：在肾内科接诊的糖尿病患者中87.15%是通过内分泌的医生进行介绍转诊的，就诊的原因主要为顽固性水肿的占39.13%，肾功能衰竭的占46.38%，大量蛋白尿的占14.49%。并且在就诊时有52.17%的需要进行肾脏替代治疗，其中出现的并发症有高血压、贫血、冠心病、糖尿病心肌病、心脏功能不全、感染、心律失常和高血压心脏病等。随访维持性血透患者出现部分死亡。结论：很多情况下糖尿病肾病患者就诊时错过了最佳治疗时机，肾功能衰竭严重，并发症较多，严重损害了患者的肾脏。威胁到患者的生命安全，因此糖尿病患者需要及早到肾内科进行诊断和检查，提高治疗效果。 关键词：肾内科；糖尿病肾病；患者临床；诊特征分析 【Summary 】purpose：The kidney of the investigation and analysis diabetes patient is to the opportune moment and characteristics for seeking medical advice specialty of kidney disease.Method：The random samples 138 sufferers to carry on looking back sex analysis and research from my hospital kidney the Medicine January，2010 connect to diagnose to October，2014 of the kidney of the diabetes the patient，and observe and analyze it to the kidney section the reason，the kidney function condition，complications and treatment seeking medical advice is used medicine condition and with visit a circumstance etc..Result：87.15% in the diabetic connected to diagnose in the kidney Medicine is pass an endocrine doctor to carry on introduction to turn to diagnose，the reason for seeking medical advice is mainly 39.13% for having of unprogressive sex dropsy，the kidney function crocks up of have 46.38%，having of a great deal of albuminuria is 14.49%.And 52.17%ly needed to carry on kidney to act for a treatment while seeking medical advice，the complications appearing among them had high blood pressure，anemic，the myocardial disease，heart function of coronary，diabetes isnt whole，infection，heart Lyu disorder is as far-gone as high blood pressure heart.With visit maintenance blood deeply the sufferer appear parts of death.Conclusion：The kidney of the diabetes under a lot of circumstances patient missed the best treatment opportune moment while seeking medical advice，the kidney function crocks up severity，and the c
