商业综合责任保险附加恐怖活动除外责任保险条款

兹经双方同意：

一、本公司对于直接或间接因任何恐怖主义的行为或与其有关的行动所致任何财产损失、人身伤害、费用支出或赔偿责任，不负赔偿责任，且不论此等损失是否同时或先后与其它原因事件有关联。

二、本条款所谓恐怖主义（Terrorism）行为系指任何个人或团体，不论单独或与任何组织、团体或政府机构共谋，运用武力、暴力、恐吓、威胁或破坏行为以达到其政治、宗教、信仰、理念或其它类似意图的目的，包括企图推翻、胁迫或影响任何政府，以致使民众或特定群众处于恐惧状态。

三、本公司对于直接或间接为抑制、防止、镇压或以任何恐怖主义或与其有关的行动所致的任何财产损失、人身伤害、费用支出或赔偿责任不负责赔偿。

主险条款与本附加险条款相抵触之处，以本附加险条款为准；本附加险条款未约定事项，以主险条款为准。

Notwithstandinganyprovisiontothecontrarywithinthisinsuranceoranyendorsementtheretoitisagreedthatthisinsuranceexcludesdeath,injury,illness,loss,damage,costorexpenseofwhatsoevernaturedirectlyorindirectlycausedby,resultingfromorinconnectionwithanyActofTerrorismregardlessofanyothercauseoreventcontributingconcurrentlyor

inanyothersequencetotheloss;

ForthepurposeofthisendorsementActofTerrorismmeansanact,includingbutnotlimitedtotheuseofforceorviolenceand/orthreatthereof,ofanypersonorgroup(s)ofpersons,whetheractingaloneoronbehalfoforinconnectionwithanyorganization(s)orgovernment(s)whichfromitsnatureorcontextisdonefor,orinconnectionwith,political,religious,ideological,ethnicorsimilarpurposesorreasons,includingtheintentionto

influenceanygovernmentand/ortoputthepublic,oranysectionofthepublic,infear.

Thisendorsementalsoexcludesdeath,injury,illness,loss,damage,costorexpenseof

whatsoevernaturedirectlyorindirectlycausedby,resultingfromorinconnectionwithany

actiontakenincontrolling,preventing,suppressingorinanywayrelatingtoanyActof

Terrorism.

ThisClauseissubjectotherwisetotheterms,conditionsandexclusionsofthispolicy.
