商业综合责任保险附加急救责任保险条款

本附加条款扩大承保被保险人以雇用契约或实习契约雇用的急救或医疗单位的员工（合格医师除外）在受雇期间内因急救而进行医药或外科治疗导致被保险人员工的身体伤害，所依法应负的赔偿责任。

被保险人及其成员提出的赔偿请求依保单条款内容及除外事项为准。

保险人对于直接或间接因艾滋病或其相关的突变病毒所致的损失不负赔偿责任。

主险条款与本附加险条款相抵触之处，以本附加险条款为准；本附加险条款未约定事项，以主险条款为准。

ThisPolicyisextendedtocovertheInsuredandanymemberoftheInsuredsFirstAidorMedicalOrganization(otherthanaqualifiedMedicalPractitioner)employedunderacontractofserviceorapprenticeshipwiththeInsuredareherebyindemnifiedunderthispolicyagainstlegalliabilityforbodilyinjuryinrespectofmedicalorsurgicaltreatmentforemergencyfirstaidgiven

bysuchmembertoothersinthecourseofhisemploymentwiththeInsured.

ProvidedthattheInsuredshallhavearrangedwithanysuchmemberfortheconductandcontrolofallclaimstobevestedintheInsurersandthatthemembershallasthoughheweretheInsuredobservefulfilandbesubjecttothetermsconditionsandexclusionsofthisPolicyinsofaras

theycanapply.

Forthepurposesofthisextension,theindemnitygrantedshallnotapplytoinjuryfatalorotherwisearisingdirectlyorindirectlyfromorattributabletoHIV(HumanImmunodeficiencyVirus)and/oranyHIV-relatedillnessincludingAIDS(AcquiredImmune

DeficiencySyndrome)and/oranymutantderivativeorvariationsthereofhowevercaused.

ThisClauseissubjectotherwisetotheterms,conditionsandexclusionsofthispolicy.
