商业综合责任保险附加旅馆业责任与保管箱保险条款

保险责任

兹经双方同意，本附加条款扩大承保当旅客所属财物于被保险人经营业务的处所内或在其持有下或于被保险人的保管箱中，遭受损失、破坏或灭失，被保险人依法应负的赔偿责任。

除外责任

(a)除被保险人在损失发生前与旅客订有书面协议且增加责任限额者外，对于被保险人以明示的契约或协议所承担的任何责任;

(b)对于有关被保险人免除任何其他个人或组织法律责任的任何损失;

(c)对于因任何食物或液体溢出、弄翻或渗漏所造成的任何损失;

(d)对于因任何车辆，或其设备、配件、附属品，或任何其内包含的财物;

(e)对于任何由被保险人监管或持有为洗涤或清洁的财物;

(f)对于由旅客携带或持有作为样品或为销售或为售后交送的任何商品。

主险条款与本附加险条款相抵触之处，以本附加险条款为准；本附加险条款未约定事项，以主险条款为准。

Itisherebyunderstoodandagreedthatthispolicyisextendedtocovertheinsuredsagainst

inn-keepers’sliabilitysubjecttofollowing:

INSURINGAGREEMENTS

Topayonbehalfoftheinsuredallsumswhichtheinsuredshallbecomelegallyobligatedtopaybyreasonofliabilityfordamagesbecauseofinjuryto,destructionoforlossofproperty

belongingtoaguestatthepremiseswhilesuchpropertyiswithinthepremisesorinthepossession

oftheinsured,orinthesafetyboxoftheinsured.

EXCLUSIONS

(a)toanyliabilityassumedbytheinsuredunderanyexpresscontractoragreement,otherthanawrittenagreementbytheinsuredwithaguestbeforetheoccurrenceofalossincreasing

thelimitonly;

(b)toanylossastowhichtheinsuredhasreleasedanyotherpersonororganizationfrom

hisoritslegalliability;

(c)toanylosscausedbythespilling,upsettingorleakingofanyfoodorliquid;

(d)toanyvehicle,oritsequipment,accessories,appurtenances,oranypropertycontained

therein;

(e)toanypropertyinthecustodyorpossessionoftheinsuredforlaunderingorcleaning;(f)toanyarticlescarriedorheldbyaguestassamplesorforsaleorfordeliveryaftersale.

LimitofLiability
