【摘要】目的：探讨中医适宜技术联合任务导向性训练在脑卒中后偏瘫患者康复中的应用价值。方法：选取医院2022年9月—2023年9月期间收治的脑卒中后偏瘫患者共计80例，将患者按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，各40例。对照组接受任务导向性训练干预，观察组接受中医适宜技术联合任务导向性训练干预，均干预3个月。比较两组干预前后神经功能、平衡能力、日常生活能力以及生活质量。结果：干预后，观察组神经功能、平衡能力、日常生活能力以及生活质量评分均优于对照组（P0.05）。结论：中医适宜技术联合任务导向性训练用于脑卒中后偏瘫患者康复中，有助于改善其神经功能缺损情况以及平衡能力，促使患者日常生活能力和生活质量的提高。

【Abstract】Objective：ToexploretheapplicationvalueofintegratedtraditionalChinesemedicineappropriatetechnologyandtaskorientedtrainingintherehabilitationofpost-strokehemiplegicpatients.Methods：Atotalof80post-strokehemiplegicpatientsadmittedtothehospitalfromSeptember2022toSeptember2023wereselected，andtheyweredividedintothecontrolgroupandtheobservationgroupusingtherandomnumbertablemethod，with40casesineachgroup.Thecontrolgroupreceivedtask-orientedtrainingintervention，whiletheobservationgroupreceivedintegratedtraditionalChinesemedicineappropriatetechnologyandtask-orientedtrainingintervention，bothforadurationof3months.Theneurologicalfunction，balanceability，dailylivingability，andqualityoflifebeforeandaftertheinterventionwerecomparedbetweenthetwogroups.Results：Aftertheintervention，thescoresofneurologicalfunction，balanceability，dailylivingability，andqualityoflifeintheobservationgroupwerebetterthanthoseinthecontrolgroup（P0.05）.Conclusion：TheuseofintegratedtraditionalChinesemedicineappropriatetechnologyandtask-orientedtrainingintherehabilitationofpost-strokehemiplegicpatientshelpstoimprovetheirneurologicaldeficitsandbalanceabilit
