Methods Polysaccharides were extracted by ultrasonic and coordinated enzyme methods,after separating and purifying, four levels (ABCD) were fractionated by Sephadex G-75 column and then monosaccharide constituents were analyzed by HPLC applied to PMP precolumn derivation. Preliminary analysis of structure was analyzed by UV、eriodic Acid method. Results Four kinds of monosaccharides all contain D- rhamnose、glucose、D-galactose and D-arabinose. Their molar ratios are as follow in turns:Fraction 0.125?0.017?0.33,Fraction B: 0.113?0.68?0.13?0.011?0.19,Fraction C: 0.139?2.46?0.36: 0.13?0.086, Fraction D: 0.028?0.36?0.031?0.012?0.94. Conclusion It showed that there were significant differences in four species of polysaccharides. Key Word: Taraxacum ; polysaccharide; structure 蒲公英属菊科属多年生的草本植物,又名黄花地丁、婆婆丁、黄花郎等。现在的研究表明蒲公英的化学成分不仅有挥发油、黄酮类、三萜类、香豆精类和倍半内酯类,而且富含甾醇、棕榈酸和多糖[1]。多糖是自然界中含量最丰富的生物聚合物,因其具有能量储存、结构支持、防御和抗原决定性等多方面的生物学功能,而且有些多糖或其衍生物还具有多种药理活性,所以近年来多糖成为天然药物研究与开发的一个热点[2~5]。所以,本实验对研究较少的蒲公英根中的多糖进行了结构方面的初步研究。 1 实验仪器及试剂 蒲公英根(河北省安国市京华药业有限公司,由佳木斯大学生药学教研室教授刘娟鉴定为蒲公英根);Agilent 1100化学工作站(美国Agilent公司);ZORBAX-C18分析柱(美国Agilent公司);UV 757型紫外分光光度计(上海精密科学仪器有限公司)、三氟乙酸(TFA,纯度≥9
