摘要
由于箱梁具有良好的力学性能和跨越能力,在实际工程中的应用越来越广泛,因而研究其振动特性已显得尤为重要。本文首先介绍了箱梁的一些分析方法和国内外的研究现状,并结合实际工程背景采煤机的摇臂建立了箱梁结构的力学模型,然后分别采用理论解析和有限元两种方法对该结构进行了动力学分析,主要研究了采煤机摇臂振动的固有特性,并将两种方法计算所得的结果进行了比较,同时分析了在考虑了剪切变形和转动惯量后对系统振动的影响,最后讨论了在简谐激励作用下系统的动力学响应。

ABSTRACT
The applications of girder beam are more and more extensive in the actual engineering because it has excellent dynamic behavior and crossing ability. Thus, the study on the vibration characteristic of the structures has seemed very important. Firstly, some analytical methods of the beam and its research status in quo are discussed in this paper, and the dynamic model of girder beam is built up, combining the actual engineering background—the arm of cool mining machine. Secondly, the dynamic analysis of the system are analyzed by the analytical solution and the Finite Element Method, alternatively, and the natural frequencies of the arm of cool mining machine from the above two ones are compared. Then, the influences of the shearing deformation and rotational inertia to the vibration of the structure are considered. Finally, the harmonic responses of the arm of cool mining machine are also discussed in this paper.
