白细胞介素6保护以膜片钳技术和荧光定量PCR技术检测病理水平下的白细胞介素6对体外培养的大鼠皮质神经元神经元兴奋性的影响,以期从电生理学角度探究白细胞介素6在中枢神经系统中的作用。
尽管白细胞介素6既参与了神经损伤性过程又与神经再生等保护性的过程相关,但白细胞介素6于神经细胞离子通道水平作用的研究还相对较少电压门控Na+通道可以影响神经元的静息电位,同时在动作电位阈值的调控中具有关键的作用。因此,Na+通道的功能以及表达的变化对正常神经细胞的兴奋性有着极为重要的影响。尽管有足够的证据证明白细胞介素6既参与了神经损伤性过程又与神经再生等保护性的过程相关,长期高浓度白细胞介素6对中枢神经系统神经元的影响仍鲜为人知。尽管白细胞介素6在中的作用是多效性的,这些作用的精确机制仍待阐明,实验至少从神经细胞的离子通道水平部分解释了白细胞介素6的神经保护或再生作用,为临床研究中枢神经系统疾病药物提供了新的思路。4月第4期。
