Abstract:Thenovelhighdensityintegrateddesignmethodoftheincorporatephasedarrayantennacombiningwith
structureandfunctionwasproposed.Theincorporatephasedarrayantenna,includingantennaarray,tiletransmittingand
receving(TR)module,terminalcontroldevice,andfeedingnetwork,wasrealizedbyusinglowtemperatureco-fired
ceramics(LTCC)technique.Andthen,thedesignsofsystemstructure,collectivitycapabilityevaluation,conformal
load-bearingradome,antennaarray,andheatdesignweresimulatedandanalyzedbyusingsofterwaresuchasANSYSand
soon.Finally,theprototypewasmanufacturedandmeasured.TheresultsshowthatEIRPof23.6dBwandnoiseof3.57dB
oftheantennaareobtained.Allthemeasureddatamatchwellwiththesimulation.
