The results show that light is beneficial to the enhancement of PA L activity in t ea tree and to the accelerat ion of catechin degradation. The cat echin cont ent of t ea tree is dependent on its synthetic and degradation rates, and it s degradation product s can take part in the metabolism of other matters. , , , .
