Department of ancer enter, No.307 Hospital, Beijing 100039 〔Abstract〕　Objective 　To evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of domestic pacilitaxel in patients with advanced malignacies. 2 Methods　Paclitaxel was administered by iv infusion at a dose of 175mg/m in 3-hour every three weeks.All patients received premedication of dexamethasone, diphenhydramine and cimetidine to prevent allergic reactions.Results 　Of 100 patients, 99 patients received 1 to 2 cycles of therapy and were evaluated for response.The overall response rate for breast cancer was 40.0%, for ovarian cancer was 25.9%, for non small cell lung cancer 30.8%, for small cell lung cancer 16.7%.The major toxicity associated with paclitaxel includedneutropenia, myalgia, arthralgia, numbnessof hands andfeet and alopecia.Conclusions　At the above-mentioned dose and schedule, paclitaxel is effective and well tolerated. 〔Key words〕　drug therapy;paclitaxel clinical trials;malignancies. 　　 。(、、)。 ,、 、　 、,
