杭州峻伟有限公司员工的激励机制问题研究
摘 要
激励是人力资源开发的重要手段,它表现为对人的需求欲望予以适当满足或限制,而实质是人在追求某种既定目标时的愿意程度。激励在鼓舞员工士气、提高员工素质、增强组织凝聚力等方面起着十分重要的作用。企业实行激励机制的最根本的目的是正确地诱导员工的工作动机,使他们在实现组织目标的同时实现自身的需要,增加其满意度,从而使他们的积极性和创造性继续保持和发扬下去。由此也可以说激励机制运用的好坏在一定程度上是决定企业兴衰的一个重要因素。
本文在对目前员工激励机制认知的基础上,针对杭州峻伟机械有限公司激励机制所处的现状利用激励机制相关理论进行分析来反映私营企业激励机制存在的问题;最后,根据存在的问题制定出了相应的调整策略,使其能够更大程度地吸引人才,激励员工,从而形成一套良好的激励机制,增强私营企业的综合竞争力。

Abstract
Encouragement is an important means of human resource development, its performance to the persons demand for desire appropriately meet or restriction, and in essence is the pursuit of some goals to degree. Encouragement in morale booster, improving the quality of employees, the enhancement organization cohesive force plays a very important role. Enterprises implement incentive mechanism of the most fundamental purpose is to induce employees work motivation, that they achieve the organizational objectives while in realizing their own needs, increase their satisfaction, so that their enthusiasm and creativity continue to maintain and develop down. It also can say the incentive mechanism using quality in a certain extent decided the prosperity of the enterprise is an important factor.
