摘 要 为解决盾构机在富水地层浅覆土小间距始发安全风险高的问题,以特拉维夫红线轻轨项目为案例,研究开
发了盾构安全始发控制技术。本文首先通过剖析盾构始发控制技术原理,总结了工艺流程图,并对施工关键技术要
点进行阐述。其次对已成型隧道的变形监测数据进行分析,得出后掘进隧道对已成隧道影响较小的结论。本文从现
场效果、经济效益、工期质量和社会环保四个方面进行分析,证明盾构始发安全控制技术施工质量好,安全性能
高,节能环保,工效显著,值得推广。

AbstractToaddressthehighsafetyrisksassociatedwiththelaunchofshieldtunnelingmachinesinwater-richstratawith
shallowoverburdenandsmallspacing,shieldsafetylaunchcontroltechnologyhasbeendevelopedandresearchedusing
theTelAvivRedLineLightRailprojectasacasestudy.Thispaperfirstanalyzestheprinciplesofshieldlaunchcontrol
technology,summarizestheprocessflowdiagram,andelaboratesonthekeytechnicalpointsofconstruction.Secondly,by
analyzingthedeformationmonitoringdataoftheformedtunnel,itisconcludedthattheimpactofthelatertunnelingon
theexistingtunnelisminimal.Thepaperanalyzesfromfouraspects:fieldeffects,economicbenefits,constructionperiod
quality,andsocialenvironmentalprotection,provingthattheshieldlaunchsafetycontroltechnologyhasgoodconstruction
quality,highsafetyperformance,energysavingandenvironmentalprotection,andsignificantworkefficiency,whichisworth
promoting.

当前,越来越多的城市隧道采用盾构法施工,其中盾构
