摘要

车间装配流水线的作用很大，应用的领域也很广，比较适用于车间的固定生产，节约了空间。本课题主要由PLC控制，根据对装配流水线的要求，设计好程序并做好触摸屏上的操作界面，继而完善本课题。本课题主要采用的是西门子公司的S7-300PLC，所使用的应用软件是SIMATIC/Manager编程软件,触摸屏采用维纶公司的MT6056i的触摸屏，所使用的应用软件是EB8000编程软件。相关的介绍会在下面的内容中予以说明。

S7-300是模块化小型PLC系统，能满足中等性能要求的应用。其模块化结构设计使得各种单独的模块之间可进行广泛组合以用于扩展。SIMATICS7-300适用于通用领域：高电磁兼容性和强抗振动冲击性，使其具有最高的工业环境适应性。台湾威纶科技公司开发的触摸屏，抗干扰性强，反应迅速。

Abstract

Workshopassemblylineofeffect,fieldofapplicationisverywide,moreapplicabletotheworkshopproduction,savespace.ThistopicmainlycontrolledbyPLC,accordingtotherequirementsofassemblylines,designprogramandmakethetouchscreeninterface,andthenfinishedthistask.ThispaperisthemainuseofSiemensS7-300PLC,applicationsoftwareisSIMATIC/Managerprogrammingsoftware,touchscreenusingvinyloncompanyMT6056itouchscreen,theapplicationsoftwareisEB8000programmingsoftware.Relatedtotheintroductionofthefollowingexplanation.

S7-300isasmallmodularPLCsystem,canmeettheperformancerequirementsoftheapplicationsofsecondary.Itsmodulardesignallowsavarietyofindividualmodulescanbecombinedforextendedwidely.SIMATICS7-300isapplicabletogeneralareas:highelectromagneticcompatibilityandstrongresistancetovibrationandshockresistance,whichhasthehighestindustrialenvironment.Taiwanscienceandtechnologydevelopmentcompanyweweinviewtouchscreen,stronganti-interference,rapidresponse.
