1在复合句中充当宾语的从句叫做宾语从句。宾语从句分为三种:
(1)当宾语从句由陈述句充当时,用that引导。如:
Shesaysthattheyaregoodteachers.
(2)当宾语从句由一般疑问句充当时,用whether或if引导。如:
Doyouknowif/whetherthereisaplacetodrinknearby?
(3)当宾语从句由特殊疑问句充当时,用连接代词(who,what,whom,whose,which)或连接副词(when,where,why,how)作为引导词。如:
Heasksmehowtheygettoschool.;拓展:“疑问词(what,when,where,which,who,how)+不定式短语”可以放在动词后作宾语,相当于一个由该疑问词引导的宾语从句。当一般疑问句改为这种结构时,常用“whether+不定式短语”的结构。如:
Excuseme.Canyoutellmehowtogettothebookshop?

“疑问词+动词不定式”结构经常放在tell,show,teach,learn,know,wonder,discuss,remember,forget,explain,findout等动词(词组)之后作宾语。如:
