动物园售票系统的设计与实现

摘要

随着旅游业的蓬勃发展，动物园作为热门旅游景点，传统的售票管理方式已难以满足日益增长的游客需求。人工售票效率低、易出错，且无法为游客提供便捷的购票体验，同时，景区也缺乏高效的数据管理手段，难以实现精细化运营。因此，设计并实现一套智能化、信息化的动物园售票系统，对提升游客购票体验、优化景区管理具有重要意义。

本论文采用java语言，采用SpringBoot框架，在数据存储和安全方面选择mysql数据库，通过权限设置，不同用户通过独有的账号可以进入个人页面，用户间不能越权操作，本系统围绕用户和管理员两类角色，设计了不同的功能模块。面向用户，提供门票信息查看、在线订票、客服咨询等功能。用户可便捷查看儿童票、军人票、双人票、单人票等多种票型详情，并在线完成购票；客服咨询模块则能及时解答用户疑问，提升服务质量。针对管理员，系统支持各类信息的全面管理，包括票务信息维护、订单管理、用户管理等，可有效保障系统安全稳定运行，助力景区高效管理票务业务。本文主要是通过六章进行论述，从前期的调研，系统需求分析，总体设计，数据库设计和系统实现进行完成，通过不断的发现错误，进行完善系统，最后完成，系统的推广可以更好的为用户提供一个便利的平台要概括，写的太细了

Abstract

Withtheboomingdevelopmentofthetourismindustry,zoos,aspopulartouristattractions,arenolongerabletomeetthegrowingdemandforticketsthroughtraditionalticketingmanagementmethods.Manualticketsaleshavelowefficiency,arepronetoerrors,andcannotprovidetouristswithaconvenientticketingexperience.Atthesametime,scenicspotslackefficientdatamanagementmethods,makingitdifficulttoachieverefinedoperations.Therefore,designingandimplementinganintelligentandinformation-basedticketingsystemforzoosisofgreatsignificanceforimprovingtheticketingexperienceoftouristsandoptimizingscenicareamanagement.
