摘 要
液压传动在发展现代工程机械的过程中扮演着越来越重要的角色,数控车床中
很多地方也用到液压传动系统,例如装卡装置和尾座顶紧装置等。
数控车床液压尾座在液压系统执行机构的驱动下进行工作,其工作时主要实现
尾座的顶紧和加紧过程。设计尾座的液压回路主要有液压缸、调速阀、电磁阀、单
向阀、溢流阀等组成,并充分考虑液压系统的优缺点,设计绘制出液压系统原理图,
选择合适的液压缸,计算出液压泵的参数,然后根据这些选择合适的油箱、阀、油
管和过滤器,最后再经过精确验算来完设计出一个完整的液压系统。

Abstract
Hydraulic transmission in the process of development of modern engineering
machineryplays amoreandmoreimportantrole,manyplacesarealsousedinCNClathe
hydraulictransmissionsystem,suchascarddevicewithandtailstockdevice,etc.
Hydraulic tailstock of nc machine tool hydraulic system work under the actuator
drive, to achieve the top of the tailstock and tightening process, design of hydraulic
tailstock main hydraulic cylinder, speed regulating valve, solenoid valve, check valve,
relief valve of hydraulic circuits, fully consider the advantages and disadvantages of the
hydraulic system, hydraulic system design to map the schematic diagram, select the
appropriatehydraulic cylinder, and calculatedtheparameters ofthe hydraulicpump, and
then accordingtotheseto choosetheappropriatefueltanks,valves,tubingandfilter,and
then through the design of precise calculation to complete a hydraulic tailstock of the
hydraulicsystem.
