动车组分类;Modeofcentralpower:thepowerofthewholetrainisconcentratedinthelocomotiveatoneorbothendsofthemultipleunti,andtherestofthemiddlepartisnotpowered(trailers),suchasTGV,ICE1/2,etc.

动力集中式:将整车动力集中在动车组一端或两端的头车上,其余中间车不带动力(拖车),如TGV,ICE1/2等。

Modeofdistributedpower:thepowerofthewholetrainisdistributedtoseveralcarriagesofthemultipleunti.Themiddlepartispowered(cabcars)orunpowered(trailers),alsoallthecarriagescanbepowered,suchasShinkansenTrain,CRHseries,ICE3,AGV,etc.

动力分散式:将整车动力分散到动车组的若干车辆上,中间车辆有带动力的(动车),也有不带动力的(拖车),也可以全部车辆都带动力,如新干线
