摘要:针对重水堆核电站汽轮机控制系统中调节阀阀门卡涩故障进行了深入研究与分析。介绍了核电站汽轮
机控制系统的工作原理和调节阀的作用,分析了阀门卡涩的主要原因包括汽轮机调速(EH)油系统存在油泥、EH
油系统蓄能器内壁涂层脱落产生颗粒杂质、EH油泵出口过滤器失效等,并提出了相应的处理措施,包括优化过滤
技术、对阀门控制组件解体清洗更换等,以此为重水堆核电站汽轮机控制系统的稳定运行提供参考。

Abstract:Inthispaper,thejamfaultofthecontrolvalveinthesteamturbinecontrolsystemoftheheavywater
reactornuclearpowerplantisdeeplystudiedandanalyzed.Firstly,theworkingprincipleofthenuclearpowerplant
steamturbinecontrolsystemandtheroleoftheregulatingvalvewereintroduced.Then,themainreasonsforvalve
jammingwereanalyzed,includingthepresenceofoilsludgeintheelectrichydraulic(EH)oilsystemofthesteam
turbine,particleimpuritiescausedbythepeelingofthecoatingontheinnerwalloftheEHoilsystemaccumulator,and
thefailureoftheEHoilpumpoutletfilter.Correspondingmeasureswereproposed,includingoptimizingfiltration
technology,disassembling,cleaningandreplacingvalvecontrolcomponents,etc.,toprovidereferenceforthestable
operationoftheheavywaterreactornuclearpowerplantsteamturbinecontrolsystem.
