富水砂层盾构机穿越锚管清障区施工技术应用

摘要】哈尔滨地铁2号线一期工程中央大街站~尚志大街站盾构区间左线,位于经纬360大厦临近经纬路一侧地下锚管

部分侵入隧道内,导致盾构机无法正常掘进。为了保证施工安全,降低施工风险,盾构机能够成功穿越锚管清障区,采用了旋

挖钻机切割清障后再进行盾构机掘进施工的方法,盾构机安全到达接收。解决了盾构直接穿越锚杆群导致地面塌陷、建筑物

破坏等重大事故的发生,具有广泛的推广价值。

Abstract:TheleftlineofshieldtunnelingfromZhongdajieStationtoShangzhiDajieStationofthefirstphaseof

HarbinMetroLine2islocatedatthesideofJingwei360BuildingnearJingweiRoad.Suchlocationfeaturesthat

partoftheundergroundanchorpipeinvadesintothetunnel,makingtheshieldtunnelingmachineunabletowork

normally.Inordertoensuretheconstructionsafetyandreducetheconstructionrisk,theshieldtunnelingmachine

cansuccessfullypassthroughtheanchorpipearea.Inaddition,therotarydrillingmachineisadoptedtocutand

removeobstaclesbeforetheshieldtunnelingconstruction,whichsuccessfullyrealizesthesafearrivaloftheshield

tunnelingmachine.Thepresentedmethodwouldsolvethemajoraccidentssuchasgroundcollapseandbuilding

damagecausedbyshieldtunnelingdirectlythroughanchorgroup,whichhastheextensivepopularizationvalue.
