摘要:泥水平衡顶管在富水砂层施工,受到砂层和地下水的影响,容易出现地面沉陷、顶管偏位、顶管无法顶进等问题。文
章以深圳茅洲河干支管网及互联互通工程顶管施工为例,对富水砂层泥水平衡顶管施工中沉井下沉、顶管进出洞、顶管顶进
等关键工序进行分析、总结,针对性提出顶管施工控制措施,形成沉井止水、顶管进出洞止水、顶管线型控制、顶管顶进减
阻、地面变形控制等关键技术成果,为今后类似工程提供借鉴。

Abstract:Theperformeceofmud-waterbalancedpipejackinginwater-richsandlayerisaffectedbysandlayer
andgroundwater,whichispronetosurfacesubsidence,pipejackingdeflectionandpipejackingfailure.Taking
thepipejackingconstructionofShenzhenMaozhouRivermainbranchpipenetworkandinterconnectionproject
asanexample,thispaperanalyzesandsummarizesthekeyprocessessuchascaissonsinking,pipejackinginand
outofthehole,pipejackinginandoutofthemudwaterbalancepipejackinginthewater-richsandlayer,and
proposesthecontrolmeasuresforpipejackingoperayion.Thekeytechnicalachievementsofcaissonwater
sealing,pipejackinginandoutoftheholewatersealing,pipejackinginlinecontrol,pipejackingindrag
reduction,grounddeformationcontrol,etc.,theushavingprovidedreferenceforsimilarworksinthefuture.
