但其临床规范应用尚无相关共识。因此，由中国老年保健协会肿瘤免疫治疗专业委员会牵头，组织本领域专家对淋巴瘤免

疫治疗相关循证医学证据进行深入探讨，并结合专家组广泛认可的临床经验，经过多次会议讨论制定了《淋巴瘤免疫治疗

中国专家共识（2024年版）》。本共识总结了单抗类药物、双特异性抗体、免疫检查点抑制剂、抗体药物偶联物、免疫调节

剂和细胞治疗等免疫治疗在淋巴瘤中的相关研究及应用情况，旨在为淋巴瘤免疫治疗实践的规范化提供指导。

【】Lymphomaisamalignancyoftheimmunesystemoriginatinginthelymphnodesandlymphoidtissue,hasseen

significantadvancementsintreatmentthroughimmunotherapy.Thereremainsnorelevantconsensusregardingitsstandardclinical

applicationinChina.Toaddressthisgap,theTumorImmunotherapyProfessionalCommitteeofChinaGeriatricHealthAssociation

mobilizedexpertsfromvariousfieldstoconductaseriesofin-depthdiscussionsoncurrentevidenceandclinicalstudiesof

immunotherapy.AllcollaborativeeffortshavecontributedtothisChineseexpertconsensusonimmunotherapyoflymphoma(2024

version).Thisconsensuscomprehensivelycoversresearchandapplicationsofimmunotherapyforlymphoma,includingmonoclonal

antibodies,bispecificantibodies,immunecheckpointinhibitors,antibody-drugconjugate,immunomodulatorydrugs,andcellular

therapy.Thisconsensuswillfacilitatestandardizingclinicalpracticesinimmunotherapyforlymphomamalignancies.
