开放性踝关节脱位与骨折的治疗效果分析

摘要：目的探讨踝关节开放性脱位合并骨折与韧带损伤的手术方法及治疗效果。方法采集我院手足显微外科

2018年4月—2022年4月20例踝关节开放性脱位与骨折的病人均行手术治疗，其中关节周围韧带止点断裂者8

例，韧带挫伤者12例，伴有局部软组织严重剥脱者4例。结果经过术后6-24个月随访，伤口均愈合，术后4-8

周拆除外固定支架及石膏，复查X线片提示：踝关节脱位及骨折复位满意，后期无内固定断裂及松动的发生，骨

折全部愈合，无再发脱位的发生，踝关节功能恢复满意。结论踝关节开放性脱位与骨折的治疗，需要结合患者

当时的病情情况，制定个性化的治疗方案。彻底的清创防止感染，良好的软组织修复，精准的解剖复位，坚强的

内固定结合外固定，以及必要时一期重建踝关节周围韧带的正常解剖，是获得踝关节功能康复满意的坚实基础。
