Theynowdevoteseveraldaysaweektopickingupflowers,fresheninganddeliveringthemtoseniorcare

homes,hospitalsandschoolsintheirarea.Thedonatedflowersare7welcomeattheCommunityRetirement

Centre.“Itsa8waytogiveourresidentsjoyandpurpose.Seeingallthoseflowersinstantlybrightensuptheir

day,”thecentresmanagersaid.

RebeccaandLauraarenotthefirstto9flowers:AVirginiadoctorcollectsflowersanddonatesthemtoher

hospitalpatients.Butthepairhopetheidea10evenmorearoundthecountry.

“Ifourflowersgiveonepersonafewmomentsofhappinessonadifficultday,thenitsallworthwhile,”Rebecca
