细节护理在体检中心健康体检中的应用效果分析

摘要目的：探讨细节护理在体检中心健康体检中的应用效果。方法：选择2024年1—8月在锦州医科大学附属第一

医院体检中心进行健康体检的200名受检者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组（n=100）、观察组（n=100）。对照组采取常规

护理，观察组应用细节护理。比较两组一次性采血与影像检查完成情况、体检工作满意度、体检纠纷事件与投诉事件发生

情况。结果：观察组一次性完成采血率、一次性完成影像检查率高于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组对体检环境、体检宣教工

作、体检流程、体检人员态度的满意度评分高于对照组（P＜0.001）。观察组纠纷、投诉发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结

论：细节护理在体检中心查体中的应用效果良好，能够确保检查顺利进行，降低纠纷、投诉发生率，提高受检者满意度。

Methods:Atotalof200subjectswhounderwenthealthexaminationsattheFirstAffiliatedHospitalofJinzhouMedicalUniversity

fromJanuarytoAugust2024wereselectedasthestudysubjects.Theywererandomlydividedintoacontrolgroup(n=100)andan

incidenceofdisputesandcomplaintswerecomparedbetweenthetwogroups.Results:Theone-timebloodsamplingrateandone-

timeimagingexaminationcompletionrateintheobservationgroupwerehigherthanthoseinthecontrolgroup(P0.05).The
