孟鲁司特钠联合酮替芬治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎的临床效果分析

摘要目的：分析孟鲁司特钠联合酮替芬治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎(AR)的价值。方法：选取2020年1月—2023年12月电

子科技大学医学院附属妇女儿童医院·成都市妇女儿童中心医院收治的AR患儿64例作为研究对象，随机数字表法分

为两组，各32例。对照组给予酮替芬治疗，观察组在对照组基础上给予孟鲁司特钠治疗。比较两组临床疗效、炎性因

子指标[转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)、白细胞介素-33(IL-33)与白细胞介素-17(IL-17)]、不良反应发生情况。结果：观察组

有效率(96.88%)高于对照组(75.00%)，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。治疗前，两组患者炎性因子指标比较，差异无统计

学意义(P＞0.05)；治疗后，两组TGF-β、IL-33、IL-17均低于治疗前，观察组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。

两组患者不良反应发生情况比较，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论：针对AR患儿，通过采用孟鲁司特钠联合酮替芬

的方案实施治疗，效果好且安全性理想，能显著降低炎性因子水平。
